The Reengagement Center
The Reengagement Center (REC) is a free resource center for New Orleans youth ages 16-24. The transition to adulthood is a critical period where young people gain the skills and knowledge they need to become independent and healthy adults. We build relationships and help young people identify their interests and realize their goals.
Financial independence
Our education counselors support youth as they complete their education, develop skills, and secure employment to begin to thrive economically.

Our Advisors and Navigators provide tools and resources to help prepare you for adulthood or strengthen your life skills so you can get through your day-to-day.
A holistic approach
Need someone to talk to? We help young people to believe in their own capacity to succeed and live their best lives by overcoming obstacles like self-doubt or depression.
